Live Chat Representative - Work from home

As a Live Chat Representative for United Rentals, you will have the opportunity to work from home in Auckland, NZ, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through the live chat platform - Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
