Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Lam Research is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Representative to join our team. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and effectively - Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system - Utilize persuasive skills to promote products and services - Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer support - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and able to work independently - Strong persuasion and adaptability skills - Excellent written communication skills - Experience with CRM systems and live chat software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
