Job Description:

Dover, a leading company in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a passion for providing exceptional support through live chat.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to build rapport with customers and create a positive experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support across all channels - Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up with customers as needed

Requirements: - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management skills to effectively interact with a diverse customer base - Presentation skills to convey information clearly and concisely - Proficiency in written communication and typing speed - Familiarity with customer service software and live chat platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
