Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and energetic Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our live chat platform to provide support and assistance with their insurance inquiries - Utilize decision-making skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products - Adapt quickly to changing customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry trends, and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times
