Live Chat Specialist

American Financial Group is seeking a reliable and passionate Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers through live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical issues - Build rapport with customers and provide personalized service - Use persuasion skills to upsell products or services when appropriate - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling challenging or sensitive customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
