Job Description:
Campbell Soup is looking for a part-time Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of adaptability and confidence, along with soft skills such as adaptability and communication.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to online accounts, including troubleshooting issues and answering customer inquiries - Monitor and analyze account performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the implementation of online marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online account management - Regularly report on key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in online account management or customer support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of online platforms and tools - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies
