Online Account Support Associate

Contact Energy is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Associate in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online chat, email, and phone communication. 2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding account information, billing, and technical support. 3. Process account changes, updates, and payments accurately and efficiently. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions. 7. Act as a brand ambassador and promote Contact Energy's products and services.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 6.
