Job Description:
Exelon, a leading energy provider in Wellington, NZ, is seeking a talented Online Account Support Manager to join our team. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting online customer accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience. This role requires a highly experienced individual with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in online account management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and resolve online customer account issues promptly and efficiently. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer experience and increase customer satisfaction. 3. Communicate with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and implement solutions. 5. Monitor online account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management. 7. Provide training and guidance to junior team members. 8. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online account management or a similar role. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing online customer accounts and improving customer satisfaction. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 6. Adaptable and reliable personality traits. 7. Soft skills in adaptability and strategic planning. 8. Experience with CRM software and online customer service tools. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 10. Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
