Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

As an Online Account Support Manager at WestRock in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting online accounts for our clients. This part-time position requires a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in this field and at a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support online accounts for clients, ensuring all needs are met promptly and effectively - Develop and implement strategies to optimize online account performance - Monitor and analyze account metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and ensure seamless client experience - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on account performance and progress towards goals - Address any client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account management strategies


Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in account management, preferably in an online setting - Strong organizational and time management skills - Driven and energetic personality traits - Adaptability and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
