Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Online Account Support Manager to join our team at CenterPoint Energy in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, this role requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in online account management. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage online customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of any issues or inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction with online services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any technical issues affecting online account functionality - Monitor key performance indicators related to online account usage and identify areas for improvement - Provide support and guidance to junior team members in resolving complex customer inquiries or technical issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management - Foster a positive working relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support online account services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in online account management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of online customer service platforms and technical support tools - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Experience with project management and implementing process improvements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
