Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


American Financial Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in a similar role and is looking to take their career to the next level.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of online account support for our clients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Provide technical support and guidance to clients on using our online platforms - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor account activity and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and drive growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our online platforms remain competitive


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and dedicated to delivering results - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Innovative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement - Proven track record of success in managing online accounts - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
