Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

GeoOp is seeking a dedicated Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, and possess excellent project management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts and any technical issues they may encounter - Assist customers with account set-up, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions - Proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed about account updates and new features - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in online customer support and account management - Knowledge of project management principles and critical thinking skills
