Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Serko Ltd, a leading travel technology company based in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ, is currently seeking an Online Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As an Online Account Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our online account users through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone. You will assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering questions about our online platform. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate for this role is dedicated, independent, and possesses excellent communication and cooperation skills. You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required.
