Job Description - Online Account Support Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at Eli Lilly in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving any account-related problems - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive support - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the online account management processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our online account support services - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to our customers


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to negotiate effectively and build relationships with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Previous experience in online account management or customer support preferred
