Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

SwipedOn is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is energetic, resilient, creative, and innovative to help us provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our online platform. 3. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer databases. 4. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot problems and find solutions. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries. 3. Proficiency in using online platforms and software. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. 5. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
