Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Online Call Center Associate to join our team at Tenet Healthcare in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients, providing them with information and assistance regarding their healthcare needs.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from patients and provide them with information on services offered by Tenet Healthcare - Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare professionals - Assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries - Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed - Document all interactions with patients accurately in the system - Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction with their experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Hardworking and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
