Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Alphabet is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, chat, and email channels. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge - Adhere to all company guidelines and compliance regulations

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred - Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
