Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Les Mills International, a leading fitness company based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resilient and driven individual with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:


- Manage and oversee the operations of the online call center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Train and coach call center staff to ensure they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service - Monitor call center metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies to enhance call center operations - Prepare and analyze reports on call center performance and trends - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in call center management


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as a call center manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
