Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team at VF in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in managing online call centers.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of the online call center operations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train, coach, and mentor call center staff to ensure high quality service delivery - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations - Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in managing online call centers - Resourceful and motivated individual with strong leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and promote cooperation - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
