Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


eBay is looking for a motivated and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As the Online Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the online call center operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online call center representatives to ensure they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the call center. 3. Monitor call center KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the call center team. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software. 6. Driven and confident personality traits. 7. Strong cooperation and persuasion skills.
