Job Description - Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:


General Mills is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service through various online platforms. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone calls - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, orders, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates - Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Resilient and resourceful mindset to handle challenging customer situations - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment - Proficiency in project management and multitasking - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
