Online Call Center Officer

Job Description: Capital One Financial is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level Online Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers - Assist customers with account inquiries, credit card applications, and general banking services - Research customer concerns and provide accurate and timely information - Use persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, call resolution, and sales targets - Collaborate with team members to optimize call center operations - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Strong research and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
