Job Description - Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:


Genworth Financial is seeking a dynamic and driven Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the Online Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels such as chat, email, and social media.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses through online channels. 2. Assist customers with account management, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Use persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets for response times, customer satisfaction, and sales metrics. 7. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer service delivery. 8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. 9. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information. 10. Contribute to a positive and inclusive working environment.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 4. Driven and resilient attitude towards achieving targets and overcoming challenges. 5. Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends. 6. Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services. 7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 9. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
