Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

StretchSense, a leading provider of wearable sensor technology in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess resilience and dedication, along with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and data entry in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
