Online Call Center Specialist

NiSource is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a resilient and independent individual with strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly 3. Utilize online tools and software to assist customers with their queries 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics set by the company 8. Attend training sessions and continuous education to improve skills

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Resilient and independent personality traits 3. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills 4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficiency in using online tools and software 6. Excellent problem-solving skills 7. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
