Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Paccar is seeking an experienced Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Online Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department. 4. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 4. Adaptability and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
