Job Description:
Rite Aid is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience looking to grow their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and friendly manner - Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and services offered by Rite Aid - Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns effectively - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service and support - Maintain a positive attitude and high energy level to engage with customers and provide a memorable experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate information to customers - Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits to engage with customers effectively - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently - Knowledge of basic computer applications and experience with online customer service platforms - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals - Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building positive relationships with customers
