Job Description:
CHS, a leading company in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are hardworking and driven.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously learn and improve product knowledge to better assist customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Previous customer service experience is a plus
