Job Description - Online Chat Support Associate

As an Online Chat Support Associate at Asbury Automotive Group in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to answer questions and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Up-sell and cross-sell products and services to increase sales revenue - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or online support - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong negotiation and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer support tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
