Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Ryder System is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Associate in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates with 1 year of experience in a similar role will be preferred.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions - Demonstrate emotional intelligence when interacting with customers, showing empathy and understanding towards their concerns - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - High emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
