Online Chat Support Officer

R.R. Donnelley & Sons in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Officer. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.

As an Online Chat Support Officer, your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong people management and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
