Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Wellington, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients through online channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. - Work closely with clients to address any concerns, provide assistance, and ensure their satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our services and drive customer engagement online. - Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing any negative comments and finding solutions to improve customer experience. - Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a database of customer information. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues effectively. - Proven track record of working well in a team environment and collaborating with others to achieve common goals. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
