Job Description:
As an Online Client Relations Associate at Costco in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online customers. You will be the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring that each customer receives excellent service and support.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Address customer complaints and issues, providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate department as needed - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve their overall experience - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to optimize customer engagement and retention - Assist with order fulfillment and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on current industry trends and competitors to provide a competitive edge in customer relations - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures related to online client relations
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong negotiation skills and ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
