Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

3M is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our online clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with online clients through regular communication and follow-up - Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new online clients and expand our client base - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and identify potential business opportunities - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of client relations initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong negotiation and creativity skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
