Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

As an Online Client Relations Manager at Casey’s General Stores in Nelson, NZ, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our online customers. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize customer experience, increase customer retention and drive online sales. This is a part-time position suitable for someone at the mid-to-senior level with at least 6 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Managing online client accounts and relationships - Providing excellent customer service through online channels - Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and engagement - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for online customer retention - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Developing and implementing social media strategies to engage with online clients - Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to enhance the online customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field - Experience in online client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent decision-making and planning abilities - Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
