Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

AIG is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who possess the necessary skills and drive to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations and solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve online client relations - Monitor and analyze client feedback and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Strategic planning and research skills - Adaptable and motivated personality traits
