Lansing Trade Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Representative will be responsible for managing online client relationships, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to drive sales and revenue growth. 3. Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients. 5. Use negotiation skills to secure and renew client contracts. 6. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform client strategy.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Resilient and independent personality traits. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
