Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Ryman Healthcare is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and professional responses. 2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through various communication channels. 3. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide solutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance online client relations. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online client relations. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. At least 4 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
