Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and reliable Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client interactions through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless online shopping experience - Develop and execute strategies to enhance online client engagement and retention - Monitor and analyze online client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Utilize negotiation skills to handle client escalations and reach mutually beneficial resolutions - Work with the marketing team to create engaging online content and promotions - Foster creativity in finding innovative solutions to enhance the online client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in online client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult client situations with tact - Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with e-commerce platforms and online customer service tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various social media platforms
