Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Realogy Holdings in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various online channels - Monitor social media platforms and engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner - Collaborate with team members to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist with online marketing initiatives to promote company products and services - Provide feedback to management on client preferences and trends in the market

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence to effectively manage client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online platforms and social media tools - Knowledge of online marketing strategies is a plus
