Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Genuine Parts is seeking an Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a related field. We are looking for someone who is energetic, motivated, innovative, and adaptable to help us maintain and build relationships with our online clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty - Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Energetic and motivated personality - Innovative and adaptable mindset
