Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Ambit AI is seeking a dedicated Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, resilient, adaptable, and possess strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries and provide excellent customer service through online platforms - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely responses to client requests - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote products and services online - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online client service

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and online communication platforms - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must
