Job Description - Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


HRG Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through online channels - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely updates - Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support


Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in online client service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Hardworking and reliable personality traits - Cooperation and teamwork soft skills
