Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Harman International Industries is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and product information via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Conduct research to address client's needs and provide solutions in a timely manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve the overall customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Adaptable and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Previous experience in e-commerce or online client service is preferred.
