Job Description - Online Client Service Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at Synnex in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online platforms, such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and returns in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Manage client accounts, update information, and resolve any issues that may arise. 5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication. 6. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find solutions for clients. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. 8. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve customer experience. 9. Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Demonstrated experience in online customer service. 6. Resourceful mindset and willingness to go above and beyond for clients. 7. Driven attitude with a focus on achieving results. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
