Job Description - Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Symantec, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking an Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. This part-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to online clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Assist with the development and implementation of online client service strategies. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional client service. 2. Strong planning and project management skills to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 6. Prior experience in online client service or a related field is preferred.
