Online Client Service Associate

As an Online Client Service Associate at Xero in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients in an online setting. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients via online platforms to address inquiries, provide support, and troubleshoot issues - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions to client needs - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience and provide feedback to management - Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated attitude - Strong planning and communication skills - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service - Ability to work independently and effectively manage time - Familiarity with online platforms and technology - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
