Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Murphy USA is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries, comments, and feedback through various communication channels such as email, social media, and chat platforms - Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries, concerns, and issues - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and creative online content to drive client engagement and retention - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and address any negative feedback promptly - Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze online client behavior and preferences, and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements to the online client experience - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online client experience across all touchpoints
