Job Description - Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:


Hormel Foods is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via email, chat, or phone. 2. Process online orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 3. Assist clients in navigating our website and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter. 4. Address customer complaints and resolve issues to their satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product shipments and delivery schedules. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and software. 7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
