Job Description - Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:


Salesforce.com, a leading company in the technology industry, is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for online clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues regarding our products and services. 3. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 4. Utilize negotiation skills to handle difficult situations and find mutually beneficial solutions for both the client and the company. 5. Develop personalized service plans for clients based on their needs and preferences. 6. Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and resourceful individual with strong communication skills. 2. Experience in customer service or client support roles. 3. Proficiency in negotiation and planning skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
